Dealer sales price is not the real price of the cars they post that the price if you qualify for all the incentives. If it sales sales price that should be the price before and incentives because not everyone get those and to get them all would be extremely hard. Salesman I talked to was very rude when I bought this up and I don’t deal with dealerships like that the internet price should be a price that everyone would pay if they walked into the dealership to purchase new car.
Did not ultimately buy my car here but Raffeale was very helpful regardless. Inquired about a car and he sent videos immediately and followed up a day later.
I have nothing but the highest praise for the Service Department at Diehl of Robinson. I had been dealing with a problem in my 2004 Jeep for months. The code was "low voltage on MAP sensor." I had been to 4 different places, including another Jeep dealer. All people could do was replace the MAP sensor and within a day the check engine light was back on, and the vehicle was lurching, jerking, losing power, stalling, and was very difficult to start. I was always happy with the time that it took to do the inspection and emision tests for state inspection. Also happy with the quality of the work to replace rear rotors and pads. Would have appreciated a courtesy tire rotation.
I was pleased with the customer service provided however, approximately three weeks later, the check engine light came on in my jeep. It was in for service and inspection. on October 10, 2023 my husband checked the code with a meter that he has and it’s coming up as an issue with the thermostat. The service department does not respond to calls and massages. The information that is provided is inconsistent. I have been babysitting an issue with my jeep for the last 4 months and I still do not have a resolution. The service department’s customer service is pathetic and I am embarrassed for their Diehl.
Friendly sales and service employees. Will continue to have all of my automotive needs met at Diehl.
Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Service dept. employees always appear knowledgeable when answering questions and will seek assistance from others when they do not know answer to questions asked of them.

Friendly, my service writer was very professional. As a whole the dealer service experience is mostly terrible. This was the second ram dealer I’ve been to with my leased truck. The first one broke something in the tailgate, the second dealer tried to send me down the road for it and just fix what they wanted. I bought my car at this location and happy with that service; however, never dealt with Tom Richardson so not sure why I keep getting emails to rate my experience. I will state that new wheels were put on my car before sale was completed and on my way home the Service Tire Maintenace System lilght came on. I have taking my Dart here for 8 years to Diehl in Robinson, and although my issues were resolved, the standard of knowledge, organization, and overall care was definitely declined since last year. Glen Wayland was very easy to work with. He was assertive and helpful. He also was not overbearing…which I find in a lot of dealers. He was casual and helpful in a positive manner. I had a 2 1/2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation they were very unorganized and never answered any of my phone calls when I tried to call and schedule.
Had to wait several weeks due to parts backlog. Bob explained situation in advance and work to replace was done promptly on scheduled date once part was received.
Professional, kind, went over services, no wait time to pick up my vehicle. Just 1 small thing just notice my mud flaps in the back were put on wrong. I purchased the vehicle like that.

I bought a Jeep 2 years ago I’ve been back 4 times and spent over 3k on it ! Not thrilled. Can’t wait to get rid of it!
I was very pleased with the detail that was provided to me about the service performed on my vehicle. Bob Wolford (my service rep) explained, in detail, all the diagnostics and troubleshooting that was done to find a bad connection that was giving me repetitive DTCs. Everything seems to be working properly now since the repair was completed. The technician that worked on the vehicle was also very good at documenting all the connections he checked in order to find the faulty wire. I definitely would recommend Diehl of Robinson to family and friends.
Initial interaction during sale discussions was great with JJ (Sales) and Mike (Finance). After sale was complete I found financial discrepancy (in my favor) and it has been almost 3 weeks and discrepancy still not resolved. Also, 4 new wheels were installed only to find out that the tire monitor sensors were all damaged and not repaired. Had to take to another local dealer to have them repaired.
My experience at this dealership was excellent. Ralph could not have been more kind or helpful with the entire buying process. Customer service is top notch!

We have always been happy with the service department here for all of our RAM truck maintenance.
One of the worst sales experiences of my life. They offered a price on my trade in and something that I have never experienced in all my life of buying cars they started deducting from the price they offered for scratches and such in order to be able to put my 10 year old $80000 mile car up for sale. We all know they aren't going to sell the car its going straight to auction. They should be ashamed of the way they handle this potential sale.

oil change and recall notices but when i left did not reset engine light for oil change. now i have to scedule to get it reset.
While the service advisors are very nice, it is quite annoying that no one EVER answers the phone. I dont have time to keep calling while I’m at work. I also can’t leave a message because the likely hood of being able to answer the return call is slim while, once again, I’m at work. This past time I was asked to call so the service could be completed. But once again, no answer! Between my husband and I we probably called at least 10 times! I did leave a message because I was totally annoyed.
I've taken multiple vehicles there one in my name one in my spouses name and they've tried to tell me that both cars had the exact same issue on the exact same wheel, 2 years in a row after getting it fixed there the first time. After bringing that up I decided I will only get warranty work done here.
Parker was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying and showed me how to use all the technology stuff before I left the dealership.
